8th March 2003 was the most memorable day of my life. It was a new era in the property development sector in Sri Lanka. Since our beginnings, as a small real estate development company with just five members of staff, within the past 18 years, we have made our promise of a new era to the property development sector in Sri Lanka in most a tangible reality and continues development in all the aspects.

Today, it gives me great pride to state that we have grown to become the largest hotel residency developer in Sri Lanka and the second largest condominium developer in Sri Lanka
